Our name is a promise: expert work on trees, done professionally. Our Bangla tagline — গাছ রোপণ, পরিচর্যা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (planting, care, maintenance) — describes the whole life of a tree, and that is exactly the work we do.
Our story
In Dhaka, most tree work has traditionally been done informally — a few people with a hand saw, no ropes, no helmets and no plan for where the branches will fall. The results are familiar: damaged roofs, broken boundary walls, badly mutilated trees and, too often, injured workers.
Tree Expert Pro was set up to offer something different: a crew that climbs safely, cuts properly, protects property, cleans up completely and gives honest advice about whether a tree needs to be cut at all.
We also believe a city this crowded cannot afford to lose shade. That is why plantation is not a side service for us. Wherever we remove a tree, we suggest what to plant in its place.
What we stand for

No climber leaves the ground without a harness, helmet and a second person watching. We will reschedule rather than work in unsafe wind or rain.

If pruning will solve the problem, we will not sell you a removal. If a tree is dangerous, we will tell you plainly.

Roofs, walls, gardens and cars are protected. We lower wood instead of dropping it and sweep up before we go.

Our team
Visit your property, assess the tree and surroundings, and prepare the written method and quote.
Trained in rope access, rigging and chainsaw use at height; they carry out pruning and sectional removals.
Control the lowering ropes, keep the drop zone clear, cut wood to size and handle the full cleanup.
Source healthy saplings, prepare pits, plant and stake trees and carry out aftercare visits.
Lead each work day, brief the crew and the client, and check the site before handover.
Answer calls and messages, schedule surveys and keep you informed about timings.
Training never stops. Crew members practise knots, rigging and rescue drills regularly, and new members work on the ground before they climb.
Our commitment
Dhaka’s tree cover has shrunk as the city has grown. We cannot change that alone, but we can make sure our own work adds more trees than it takes away.
