Neighbourhood, road and house number, plus any landmark that helps us find you.
Type if you know it, approximate height (number of storeys) and how many trees are involved.
Leaning, dead branches, touching wires, roots lifting paving, blocking light — or planting plans.
Is the tree in a garden, between buildings, on the roof or beside the road? Any gate or lift restrictions?
Two or three photos from different angles, including the base of the trunk, save a lot of time.
Any dates to avoid, and whether the job is urgent after storm damage.
