Before we arrive

A few things that help the day go smoothly

Building access

Let us know if the lift, stairs or gate have time restrictions. We bring ropes to lower wood outside rather than carry it through lobbies where possible.

Committee approval

In shared buildings, please get the owners’ committee or manager to agree before the work day. We can speak to them directly if that helps.

Parking & traffic

For roadside frontages we plan the work early in the day and keep a ground person on traffic watch. We do not block main roads.

Neighbours

If branches overhang a neighbour’s property, we recommend telling them before the work. We protect both sides of the wall.
