Dead, dangerous or simply in the wrong place — we take trees down safely, even when they stand between two buildings, over a boundary wall or above a parked car.
When removal is the right call
A mature tree takes decades to grow, and in a city as crowded as Dhaka every canopy matters. So our surveyor will always check whether pruning, cabling or crown reduction could solve the problem first.
But some trees really do need to come down — and when they do, it should be done by people who know how wood behaves under its own weight.
Our method

We measure height and spread, check the lean, the condition of the wood and everything within reach of a falling branch — roofs, wires, water tanks, cars, neighbours’ walls. Then we decide the method: straight felling in open ground, or sectional dismantling in tight spaces.

On the work day we cordon the drop zone, move or cover vehicles, lay tarpaulins over paving and garden beds, and brief the building guard or residents so nobody walks underneath.

A climber ascends on a harness and sets rigging points. Branches are cut in manageable pieces and lowered on ropes through a pulley, controlled by the ground crew — nothing is simply dropped.

Once the crown is off, the trunk is taken down in short sections from the top, so each piece is light enough to control in the space available.

The stump is cut low or ground out, logs are cut to size, and every branch, leaf and pile of sawdust is removed. The site is swept before we leave.
Difficult sites
Common in Mohammadpur, Mirpur and Old Dhaka. We work from the top down with no swing room, lowering every piece vertically.
We agree access with the neighbour, protect both sides and lower wood back into your property.
We never cut into live lines. Where branches touch DESCO or DPDC cables, we advise you to contact the utility first and coordinate with them.
Vehicles are moved or covered; branches are roped away from them rather than cut free.
For schools, offices and factories we schedule work outside busy hours and cordon larger zones.
Overgrown rooftop trees are cut down in small pieces and carried down by stairs or lowered on ropes.
Trees on footpaths, roadsides, parks and government land are public property, usually under the city corporation or the relevant authority. We do not cut or heavily prune them without written permission. If a public tree threatens your home, we can inspect it, write a short condition report and explain who to approach.
Stump grinding
An old stump attracts termites, sprouts new shoots and gets in the way of paving and planting. Our stump grinder chips the stump away to below soil level, so you can lay tiles, re-turf or plant a new tree nearby.
Where surface roots are lifting paving or drains, we cut them back carefully and fill the area with soil. The wood chips can be left as mulch for your garden or taken away — your choice.
Storm & emergency
Keep everyone away from the tree and any touching wires, and call us. We prioritise trees that block access or rest on buildings, make the site safe first and then clear it completely. If wires are involved, call your electricity provider as well.
