This website, treeexpertpro.com, is operated by Tree Expert Pro, a tree cutting, tree care and tree plantation service based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tree Expert Pro, and “you” refers to anyone who visits our website, contacts us or uses our services.

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and property address or area.
Job details — information about your trees, the work you need, access to the property and any photos you send us.
Communication records — messages, emails and notes from phone calls about your enquiry or job.
Payment information — the amount paid, date and method (cash, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer). We do not store card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically by our website and its security and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

To reply to enquiries and arrange site surveys.
To prepare quotes, schedule work and send reminders about planned visits or care plans.
To carry out the work, including sharing necessary details with our crew.
To issue invoices and keep financial records required by law.
To keep our website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
To improve our services, for example by understanding which pages visitors find useful.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Photos taken on site

Our surveyors may photograph trees and the surrounding area to plan work and record the condition of the site before and after a job. These photos are used internally. We will only publish photos of your property — for example on our website or social media — with your permission, and we will not show house numbers, people or vehicle number plates without consent.

5. Legal basis and consent

We process your information because you have asked us to respond to an enquiry or provide a service, because we have a legal obligation (for example keeping financial records), or because of our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. Where we rely on consent — such as for publishing photos — you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Sharing your information

We share personal information only when necessary:

With our own staff and crew members who need it to carry out your job.
With trusted service providers that host our website, provide email, backups and security, who may only use it on our behalf.
With utility providers or authorities when coordinating work near electricity lines or on public land, and only with your knowledge.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not turn into jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Job records, quotes and invoices are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, normally up to six years. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website, security software, regular backups and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as bank passwords or national ID numbers through our website form.
