1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of treeexpertpro.com and any tree cutting, removal, pruning, cleaning, stump grinding, plantation or related service provided by Tree Expert Pro in Bangladesh. By using our website, requesting a quote or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Site surveys and quotations

Site surveys within our regular service areas in Dhaka are free of charge unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Quotes are based on the conditions seen during the survey and are valid for 30 days.
A quote is fixed for the scope of work described. If you ask for additional work, or if hidden conditions are discovered that could not reasonably be seen during the survey (for example, internal decay or buried obstructions), we will explain the change and agree any extra cost with you before continuing.

3. Booking and scheduling

A job is confirmed when you accept the quote by phone, message, email or in writing. We will agree a work date with you. Dates may be moved for safety reasons, including heavy rain, strong winds, storms, political or public disruptions, or when access is not available on the day.

4. Your responsibilities

Confirm that you own the property or have the authority of the owner, owners’ committee or manager to order the work.
Obtain any permission needed from neighbours, building committees or authorities, particularly for trees on shared or public land.
Tell us about underground cables, pipes, septic tanks, fragile structures or anything else that could be affected.
Provide reasonable access to the site, water and electricity where needed, and move vehicles and valuables from the work area.
Keep children, pets and other people away from the work area while the crew is working.

5. Trees on public or protected land

We do not cut or significantly prune trees on roadsides, footpaths, parks, government or other public land without written permission from the relevant authority. If a tree’s ownership is unclear, we may pause work until it is confirmed. You are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information about ownership that you provide.

6. How we carry out work

Our crews work according to accepted arboricultural and safety practices. The method, including whether a tree is felled or dismantled in sections, is decided by our supervisor based on safety on the day. The supervisor may stop or postpone work at any time if conditions become unsafe.

7. Wood, debris and cleanup

Unless the quote says otherwise, cleanup and removal of branches, leaves and logs is included. If you wish to keep logs or firewood, please tell us before the work starts. Stumps are cut close to ground level unless stump grinding is included in the quote.

8. Plantation and living plants

Trees and saplings are living things whose survival depends on water, weather, soil and care after planting. We select healthy nursery stock and plant it properly. Replacement of failed saplings applies only as described in our aftercare plans and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless staged payments are agreed in the quote. We accept cash, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. For larger projects we may ask for an advance, which will be stated in the quote. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

10. Liability

We take great care to protect property and work safely. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence during the work. We are not responsible for:

damage caused by conditions you did not disclose, such as hidden pipes or cables;
natural events such as storms that occur after the work is completed;
the future growth, health or survival of trees beyond what we have specifically agreed;
minor marks on lawns or soft ground that are an unavoidable part of tree work.

Please report any damage to us within 48 hours of completion so we can inspect it.

11. Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our text, logo or design for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security or submit false information through our forms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through discussion first. If that is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, last updated on 1 August 2026, applies to new bookings from that date.
